Dave Wadsworth – Medina County Clerk of Courts
Dave served as a Councilman-at-large and Vice-Mayor for nearly nine years in the City of Brunswick, Ohio while working as a sales manager, traveling North America and raising his family of 3 daughters with his wife of 30 years, Barbara. In 2005 he became a Realtor which allowed him to help many people such as seniors and first-time home buyers. He is currently serving as the Medina County Clerk of Courts managing 40 employees in 3 Title and 6 courthouse offices. Dave is proud to be the “Keeper of the Records” for Medina County and also manage the historic county Archives.
Public service is important to Dave. Seniors have a special place in his heart. Through public service, he has had a unique opportunity to see the often difficult decisions they have to make on fixed incomes and sometimes declining health. Dave has seen the vitality and energy that many seniors bring to the community through volunteering and actively engaging in the community. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle helps 55 and Better citizens continue giving back and enjoying their lives at the same time!
I am proud to work with a great team of amazing volunteers to create this healthy lifestyle event! Our Senior Walk encourages the senior community to stay active, provides health screenings, showcases volunteer opportunities, and connects them to senior-related businesses. It also raises money for senior-related non-profits in our community.
